First Doctors Appointment

We had our first Dr.'s appointment yesterday and everything is going great so far. Our official due date is December 23rd! The countdown has begun!! I tried to sugarcoat morning sickness in the last post, but it can really be rough at times! I'm 8 weeks along tomorrow, so I'm hoping that I'll only have a few more weeks of it... keep your fingers crossed! We are so excited for our news to finally be out, its been so hard to keep something this big a secret for so long! Everyone should know by the end of the week. Our next appointment is June 9th and we will be able to hear out little one's heartbeat then and are absolutely thrilled about it!

We're Pregnant!!

We have some pretty exciting news... we are expecting our first baby!! As of right now it is looking like our 'unofficial' due date is....... (drum roll please).... December 25th :) Yepp that's right, Christmas Day! I don't think we could ask for a more special time to add a new addition to the family. As of right now I am feeling pretty good with the exception of when I first get out of bed in the morning and from 9pm on. It's definitely manageable, and I try not to get to bummed about feeling sick because I know in the end it will all be worth it! We have our first Dr's appointment next Monday (May 11th) and we are actually really looking forward to it. Everything is still so surreal to us and we're hoping that the Dr's appointment will make it seem more official. It's so hard to believe I will already be 8 weeks along by then! We will be updating this website with all the new information we get (including sex of the baby in a couple months!!) and pictures as we get them. We get to hear the baby's heartbeat in a few weeks, which we cannot wait for!
