The last two weeks have been a blur. Time seemed to move so slowly for the first 18 or so weeks, and now I feel like it's flying by! I cannot believe that I'm 22 weeks along on Wednesday. Now that we know we're having a little boy, we have been so busy trying to get everything ready before he arrives. We have ordered the changing table/dresser, glider and ottoman, set up the crib with all the bedding, and Kevin is upstairs painting the nursery as I sit and type. I will post pictures as soon as its done. I'm so excited that everything is all finally coming together. I was getting very anxious for awhile about getting his room done, and, not going to lie, I'd been dying to start shopping!!! It's so much fun being able to shop in a specific section rather than just looking at the neutral stuff! Little monkey might have more clothes than Kevin and I combined. Ok, maybe not that much, but still, a lot! Kevin and I registered last weekend at Target and Babies R Us. We were so overwhelmed in the beginning, but had a lot of fun picking stuff out for our little guy. My mom and Kevin's mom are throwing me a shower Oct. 25 and I am so excited to see all their ideas come together!
I've had a couple requests for more belly pictures, so here they are. I feel like I'm literally getting bigger each and everyday. I am leaving on Tuesday to go down to IL to spend a couple days relaxing at my grandmas house with my mom. My Grandma has been perfecting her home-made ice cream and gelato which I'm so excited to taste!
One final thought and then I'm done I swear! Linley and my niece Ryley were in town a couple weeks ago and I took a TON of pictures of her. Here is the link if anyone would like to take a peek. She's adorable!
